This is to inform you that a written / entrance test for Std-II to VIII on all subjects is scheduled on:
Date: Saturday, 31st January 2026
Reporting Time: 09:00 AM
Test Duration: 1 hour
Kindly note the following:
- Please note entry is through Gate no. 1.
- The results will be announced on the school website on 2nd February 2026 at 9:00 am.
- To view the results, visit www.swargaranischool.com (Home page, Bulletin Board, Results).
- SELECTION IS SOLELY BASED ON MERIT. The decision of the interview panel/committee shall be final.
- Only selected students have to attend interview/interaction with Principal, dates will be notified later.

Admission process
- Application forms are available in our school website, www.swargaranischool.com
- The applicant has to fill the form online entering the accurate details pertaining to the student and the parents.
- Necessary documents like birth certificate, passport size photo of child, father and mother has to be uploaded.
- Completely filled form should be submitted.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- The submission of the application form does not guarantee the admission.
- Once selected, parents have to pay the entire fees to complete the admission process and admission number will be generated.
- The fees structure is displayed on the school notice board
Note:
- For admissions, the school office will function on all working days between 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. (The school will be closed on Saturday and Sunday)
- We follow the policy of first come first serve.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
